After breakfast we go to the road of mille kasbah with a stop in skoura to visit the kasbah of Amredhyle, then in Kelaat Mgouna we will visit the house of roses whose petals are used for perfumes, lotions and oils. Then we will go to Boutaghrar where we will find the nomads who live in caves. We continue along the off-road until the kasbah of Ait Youl, we will go with the valley to the gorges of Dades, where we make a visit marching. We return again with the same road to Boumalne and drive to the Todra Gorges. With its savage grandeur, Todra Gorge is known to be the Moroccan Grand Canyon with its naturally pink-grey gigantic rock walls that change colors depending on the time of the day. At Erfoud, the City of Fossils, we will take a tour at a local cooperative that exhibits to process to fossils into beautiful furniture, home décor, and personal items such as bracelets, key chains and necklaces. Continuing our trek to the Saharan desert we will have the opportunity to ride dromedary camels through the dunes for two hours before the watching of the sunset. After dinner we will spend the night under the starry sky listening to local music and dance until we reside into our tents for the night.
After breakfast overlooking the beautiful sunrise, we will pass through villages making several stops showing the making of local artisanal crafts. These include the making of marble from fossils which provides an authentic opportunity to see how Moroccans use their natural resources to make exquisite masterpieces. Next, we will pass through the Draa Valley which is home to one of the most beautiful and longest palm grove and river in Morocco. It is also said to known that the best dates come from this area. After this mouth dropping drive, we will arrive in Ouarzazate where we will take refuge for the night.
